It fits in the room perfectly, very easy to read yet gives a nice decorative feature. This clock is absolutely silent and keeps perfect time. Used in living room.
Cons
Firstime & co customer service is non-existent. There's no seconds arm so there's no telling as to when it stops.
Wave goodbye to your hard-earned $25. This is not worth it. Beware, don't buy.

We tried changing the battery and nothing worked

I googled issues with the clock mechanism and realized that when you replace the battery you must put the plus side of the battery in first so it connects properly with the tangs
