I like the fact they have used 100% recyclable pouch here so you are not using much plastic in its production and it can be recycled.

I have been taking these vegan supplements for about 10 days now not sure if l am feeling any benefits as yet although l do have a bit more energy but l am on a summer break too so not at work

If they are meant to be a longterm booster to health and antiageing then i doubt i would be able to report on the efficacy for a very long time if ever

On the other hand they do not appear to be doing me any harm and i have not experienced any unwanted or unpleasant sideeffects
