Pros

The bolster pillow at the top is comfortable because all three love to sleep there. It keeps him entertained when i am busy. I wish mine had a bolster pillow.

Elmo is a large man… a chunkamo. It works for us to allow cat to reach dresser top, where her food is located. I'm not sure my fat, old kitty can get up there by herself but she likes it!

I have a few cat trees and this one is by far the sturdiest. Two of my cats are quite large and this thing is sturdy and durable. Dimensions are accurate. But my larger cat actually seems to have taken to it more.

It comes with the required hex wrench and that's all you need. Easy enough to put together, although i had a hard time and spent the longest putting the structural supports inside the box portion.
