Pros
The hammock is for smaller kittens, but could be improved by adding a small pillow for balance. My adult cat and kitten both have plenty of room and it doesn't take up a bunch of space. It’s the perfect size, not to bulky.
The plywood is strong a durable. My cat is average size and has no wobble when using the scratch posts.
Cons
Product is not for full-size adult cats. Might be ok for kittens or very small cats. Unstable and tippy. My cat isn't even a year old and the basket thing is bent.

She loves using the scratching posts, playing with the ball and laying in the beds.
I purchased a used version of this kitty condo, and was a bit afraid of the quality.

My smaller cat loves this but unfortunately my bigger heftier cat tends to tip it over and the basket isn’t strong enough for her

Trying to get the posts lined up in the inside to get the bolt in was quite the task

Both of my cats were able to fit onto the top platform and inside the box but the circle platform was a little small
