Pros

This scone mix is so good! As a base mix, it makes a great plain scone. By removing it as soon as it's baked, the leftovers stay fresher and softer longer. Yes, i'm a from scratch snob).

Cons

The texture is totally wrong, not a rough unfinished surface and crumbly inside. It's a fine whatever you want to call it, dough blob, but it’s a terrible scone. They taste basically just like flour. Not enticing at all.
