Quality
We are satisfied with the quality of the item, and it is very easy to assemble and dissassemble, my son doe's it all by himself.
However, i purchased this set at a yard sale for an awesome price so i'm very pleased.
We bought this dec '06 and haven't had any quality issues.
I would not agree with other reviewers about the quality.
Price
The price was fantastic, and the toy keeps him occupied for hours.
You will be disappointed at that price.
Packaging/appearance
Right out of the box they have everything they need to play for hours.
Competitiveness
My son got this for his 3rd b-day i was a little leary at first because of the reviews but it is wonderful.
(the manufacturers should've included alicia - would've been a better value.

As for the problem with the zip line falling off constantly what i did was just tape the zip line at the top so it would stay on

This is a nice toy and if you find it cheap at a yard sale or consignment shop i say go for it

This rescue house is not made with the greatest stability but with months of heavy use nothing has broken
