Love these beginner skates. They are sturdy and perfect one for a beginner. She is able to walk skate with no problem and her balance on them is improving.
Perfect for my 3 yr old grandaughter. Still my nephew really enjoys them and uses them frequently. My niece is a very happy girl.

On the pair skates we level 1 locks only 2 wheels, level 2 and 3 both leave all 4 wheels unlocked. The front wheel lock comes off after the child walks a few steps. False descriptions, there no lock on real wheel, cheap item.
