Fisher makes a refill that comes with an adapter allowing it to fit any pen that takes a parker refill. Replacement ink cartridges are affordable and each cartridge lasts more than a year with daily use.

It's weight and hand-feel seem impeccable. I like the feel of the metal pen vs plastic and i know it is more durable. The clicker isn't the most satisfying in sound or feel, but it always works so that's a plus.

The brass model corrodes immediately. It smells metallic and that smell stays on your hand. It rattles and just feels way worse than the black. The pen just feels super cheap and has all sorts of rattling in it.

It occasionally lets out a glob of ink and the letters that are written appear fragmented. Maybe mine is defective?

The clicking mechanism clicks accidentally in pocket. It unscrews itself at the mid-point - even when clipped to an inside pocket of my cargo pants or other pocket.

Not recommending this. Fischer has a policy that they do not pay for return shipping.
