The material quality and manufacture looks excellent. Different levels of resistance, color coded and clearly marked. The lightest one in this set is as strong as the strongest one in the last set.
Cons
These bands are ridiculous there is no light medium all is extra strength. All of the bands are the same strength, so bummed that they would sell something like this and say it's three different sizes. Shame on this company.

These have good thickness and seem durable.
Very good resistance, and gives your muscles a great workout.
Most bands are hard to get on and then roll on your legs, and become very uncomfortable.
These are not the typical then cheap resistant bands.
Price
3 years for the price you cant beat.
I am very happy with this purchase as it was cost effective and still really works!
This is one of those times you get far more than you pay for!
Probably natural for how inexpensive they are which might drive the manufacturer to use a less than ideal (but pretty good) material.

Probably comparing them to my old band isn’t a good idea since i used it so long it broke, lol.

These are great if you need more resistance as even the light band is fairly stiff

The resistance is so good that i have only used the light band and that one finally snapped the other day

The medium resistance actually is quite difficult it feels like most heavy resistance bands or extra heavy resistance bands
