Pros

They are durable and work like the ones you would get at a professional physical therapy center. There is a use and maintenance guide that is included with specific exercises. My kids love having them to kick and rest their feet on!

The bands are strong, durable and colorful. The different levels of resistance are clearly marked on each band.

Cons

These are super flimsy and curl up on your legs. They are hard to put on and cut off circulation once you get them in place. They have zero grip and slide down while doing workouts.

The durability leaves a lot to be desired. These are poor quality and degrade very quickly! The only good thing is… they’re pretty durable.

The strongest band just snapped while i was using it. The carrying case is a different very cheap material now and the bands don't have the same elasticity as the prior ones. The odor of these bands is stomach turning.

This is a great set of well-built elastic bands with different levels of resistance (color coded for strength level).

Made well and easy to read the resistance strength.

The resistance bands is part of my exercise program in addition to the regular phisical therapy .

Good product for being a resistance band, however it does not feel good on skin, especially when stretched.

Price

Very good price though, so can't complain too much.

You get what you paid, nothing really specially but they get the job done
