The set comes with a pamphlet with exercises too! They even provide a little tutorial guide on some basic exercises. Love the labels/color coding and the storage pouch.

Product seems to match description and fulfill its intent but is not durable. They are thin and flimsy.

These bands aren't verylarge -- if you're looking to do a wide range of exercises, you're better off with something else. Unless you're on the shorter side, there just isn't enough band to do much more than that. Look for gym quality bands.
