Love the labels/color coding and the storage pouch. Comes with a pamphlet with exercises too! They give a few exercises as suggestions as well.

These bands are incredibly versatile and have added a whole new dimension to my exercise routine. Each band is 2 wide. The manual that comes with it describes what estimated pounds for each band's strength so that helps.

These bands are wonderful for toning muscle and gaining strength. They are low impact, so they are gentle on joints. These are a nice quality & not the tissue paper thin versions.

Product seems to match description and fulfill its intent but is not durable. They are thin and flimsy.

These bands aren't verylarge -- if you're looking to do a wide range of exercises, you're better off with something else. Unless you're on the shorter side, there just isn't enough band to do much more than that. Look for gym quality bands.
