Pros
They are durable and work like the ones you would get at a professional physical therapy center. There is a use and maintenance guide that is included with specific exercises. It’s working so far and helping me to improve my motion in my arm.
These are the bands my trainer uses. They are strong, durable and colorful.
Cons
The durability leaves a lot to be desired. Had this for less than 6 months, and they are already cracked and falling apart. They rip pretty quick.
The strongest band snapped while i was using it. The carrying case is a different very cheap material now and the bands don't have the same elasticity as the prior ones. The odor of these bands is stomach turning.
They curl up while performing exercises and cause a lot of annoyance. They have zero grip and slide down while doing workouts. They cause me to pause my workout, rip them off, and continue without the benefit of added resistance.
