No tools the links open up to be removed to size the band

It is very secure and is not going to fall off as my previous band did losing the fitbit but the latch is not a struggle to open

Loved the band for my fitbit had an issue with the clasp breaking and i was going thru a lot of links trying to fix

Contacted customer service and they were more than helpful and responded right away to my issue and replaced the band

A little difficult to take on and off but at least it won’t fall off
