I thought i would find this annoying but a small message scrolls across your screen saying something like do 250 in the next 10 minutes

Otherwise it does all the stuff my surge did namely counting steps monitoring pulse rate and setting exercise goals

In between i have tried a few other cheaper trackers but their apps were not as good and i suspected inaccuracies
