Pros

It helps immeasurably in fitting diet to exercise for this older but active woman (70+) it has a great battery life that lasts 5 days, and it is decently quick to charge.

One thing i’d like to be able to change (as i wear this to bed) is to stop the light from flashing time etc as i move my arm. It’s nice to get that reminder to move every hour!

Cons

I do both cardio and weights, but this device runs into the most problems when it comes to cardio. Adjusting my stride length had no effect on this. Don't care for having to flip my wrist up to read the time.
