Pros
I realize everyone raves about fitbit charge 3 &4, but i have tried all three and fitbit 2 is so reliable. Pricey but worth it. Purchasing another one soon.
The sleep tracker matters to me, as i try to get at least 6 hours of sleep daily. Steps tracker is fine, but also not perfect. Only downside is the app takes forever to sync.
Cons
There seems to be a crease in the face on the fitbit. Discomfort with band as well. The customer service is horrible. Apparently it is poorly made. This is outrageous.
Contacted fitbit and the warranty is invalid. Fitbit replaced for free, with charge 2. What a load of cr*p.

In comparing apple to fitbit, if you are more focused on fitness features and not as much with phone features, fitbit wins every time!
We both enjoy comparing steps throughout the day and it wasn’t too expensive.

I realize this device came out in 2016 so this will likely be for folks buying usedopen box versions of this fitbit
