Pros
Pricey but worth it. Everyone raves about fitbit charge 3 &4, but i have tried all three and fitbit 2 is so reliable.

Cons
One positive of the charge 2 is that the band is replaceable without completely replacing the unit. The band on this fitbit is faulty.
Fitbit needs to step up and fix their issue and compensate customers even if it is past the warranty period if they experience the dim screen. It seems to be a common hardware issue.
Customer service is horrible. They attempt to operate customer service via twitter and they fail big time. If you have a problem this is not a good company to attempt to resolve a problem. The warranty is one year.
