Major problem is that it has suddenly stopped syncing with my phone says password is incorrect wrong and when i go to the website im told my ip address has been blocked due to suspicious activity

Repeated calls and emails have only generated the same suspicious or malicious activity that is a threat to their site response but then without any change in my ip address all is working again until it doesnt
