Works great u have to have ur phone with u to get the laps for swimming or anything with the map the map will not come up unless u have ur phone

Its pretty accurate in tracking my exercise and sleeping patterns and i havent had any problems with it tracking distance covered while im in the metro subway it really only tracks what ive walked
