Pros
It works well. It is accurate, and i love the mobile app which keeps a record of it all. Sleep tracking works really well.
Cons
Biggest drawback revolve around not playing well with strava.

Fitbit is a shady company with mediocre products. If all you want is basic information, i guess cheaper fitbits are ok. A piece of garbage and poor support from amazon and the seller.
The syncing function is periodically inaccurate. It unsyncs itself from my phone and it takes forever to sync the watch back to the app.
They keep spamming me to buy a new watch after they wouldn't warranty the one that broke. This piece, which is attached to the watch face is flimsy and it breaks easily making this unwearable.

For the price the quality is excellent and it truly is the best tracker available.
Ordered the charge 4 and had to return it finding out that it only pairs with the latest smartphone platforms.
Wanted to get the charge 4 because the charge 3 (suspiciously) lost connectivity with the fitbit app on my pc .
They had a difficult time with the mobile app.
Competitiveness
However i find that i have to constantly re-enable them because they'll stop showing after a while.

It would not track my steps and after several contacts and one replacement watch i finally found out that it wouldnt track my steps unless i took it off and put it in my pocket
