This is my third fitbit and although my mobile app on my iphone indicates that the floor counter app is available, in reality it is not.
Price
We overcame this by buying a cheap strap on amazon and now we are very happy with the watch.

It has only been recently that the old fitbit started to lose its charge quickly and the lack of certain features indicated it was time for an upgrade

It turns out the strap that comes with the device can be adjusted to fit a smaller wrist
