The strap itself causes a rash/irritation even if you clean it multiple times throughout the day, i clean it at minimum twice a day, i swap wrists from day to night and i still experience redness, soreness, and itchiness from wearing it, so i will have to replace the strap, the strap itself really needs to be changed.  Read Less
