Pros & Cons
Pros
It's easy to use and navigate. Built-in gps allows for precise activity tracking without needing to carry a smartphone. Data is so helpful - resting heart, the “zones” data (moderate and vigorous), and tracking daily.
The syncing is quicker than the charge2. But this is a great device and i highly recommend. Also interfaces thru fitbit app to humana among other insurance companies.
The band seems more durable than those for the charge 2 and secures easily. My only complaint at this point is the bracelet is too thick/wide and sometimes causes a rash on my wrist. Hot and sweaty plastic.
Cons
It's the app that is troublesome. The functionality is not as good as previous models. The product requires android 9 or above.

Packaging/appearance
It came in a sealed box with everything inside.
Competitiveness
So far, it is working great for everything i need it for and for less money than some of the other fitness trackers.
Also, my research indicates that the other popular trackers are equally flawed.
