First one arrived doa return process was smooth ordered another one and that one would randomly shut off after a few minutes after removing from charger and it refused to sync with my phone

Really enjoy this device however after one year’s light use no gym no water just wearing to walk and to the office the band has peeled back from the watch and is literally falling apart

Would not turn on or charge
