I had returned the fitbit hr because it wasnt working and i was told that you guys were gonna send me a replacement but i never got it is there anyway that i could just get a different one as an exchange for this one that i never got if so would be possible if i could get the fitbit charge 2 in exchange for the fitbit charge hr
