Good ol fitbit the device has a few flaws but they cannot outweigh the strengths

The hr tracker isnt 100 accurate but definitely helps on tracking calories burned with activities where you move very little elliptical is too smooth to detect steps or movement but your hr is still peaking which burns calories also doing a plank or side plant peaks your heart rate when youre almost perfectly still the fitbit can still track the activitycons the all day sync feature will murder your battery a 5 day lifespan is very much exaggerated after 2 replacements due the a defect according to customer care all three devices have the exact same life with all day sync turned on the bluetooth really kills that battery
