Pros
Pleasantly surprised with this unit, it works well and counts all my steps accurately. Followed the instructions and fully charged it at 100%. The bonus is everything else it does. Tracking steps, heart rate, etc.
Cons
The app is a disaster after the latest update. Google indicates that a google pixel 3 phone was compatible. The only fitbit product that works with child accounts is the fitbit ace.
Clock is legible but steps/heart etc. Are absurd. It's horribly inaccurate on steps. It overstates the zone minutes, calories burned, and sleep duration. In doing some research the calorie burn is significantly overstated.
The screen goes dead and shows only 5 dots. Turned bluetooth on and off. While it was working the hr monitor is wildly off. The heart rate monitor and o2 sensor are also off.
Not happy. Hard or impossible to read while running, treadmill, etc. Fitbits are really frustrating. I am always so surprised by how wrong this fitbit is when it comes to my heartbeat.

You have to put the water lock on if you are going into the water with it if you remember to do that then it really is waterproof

I’ve always had good things to say about fitbits and the only thing that disappointed me about this one is that it’s supposed to count stairs climbed but that feature doesn’t work

One feature i like is the sleep mode where it won’t light up when you move your wrist so it still tracks your sleep but you don’t get bothered by the light when you’re trying to get to sleep
