Pros
Pleasantly surprised with this unit, it works well and counts all my steps accurately. I am happy with the amount of time it holds a charge too. Tracking my sleep was the reason it was purchased.
Cons
The screen goes dead and shows only 5 dots. Turned bluetooth on and off. It now still only shows the little kid watches. While it was working the hr monitor is wildly off.
It's just really frustrating jumping through all these hoops and still not being able to use it. It overstates the zone minutes, calories burned, and sleep duration. In doing some research the calorie burn is significantly overstated.
Frustrating to set up. Worst ui in the entire world. Hard or impossible to read while running, treadmill, etc. I am always so surprised by how wrong this fitbit is when it comes to my heartbeat.
The fitbit app is no longer an option to get simple health & fitness info. You now have to scroll through to see basic info that used to be readily available at a quick glance. The tracker remains frozen on download mobile app even with a hard shu... Read More
Tried all the troubleshooting techniques with fitbit support and it still is broke. Contacting support was inconvenient at best. Hopefully the new device works otherwise i will be updating this review again.

Overall i’m pleased with this purchase and getting it at 30% off was a bonus.
Love this little fitness tracker this is my third one not too expensive but does all i need to track my health and activity

I’ve always had good things to say about fitbits and the only thing that disappointed me about this one is that it’s supposed to count stairs climbed but that feature doesn’t work

One feature i like is the sleep mode where it won’t light up when you move your wrist so it still tracks your sleep but you don’t get bothered by the light when you’re trying to get to sleep

You have to put the water lock on if you are going into the water with it if you remember to do that then it really is waterproof

The other watches just don’t give you the same kind of metrics that you see your fitness journey with food and exercise the same way
