Pleasantly surprised with this unit, it works well and counts all my steps accurately. I am happy with the amount of time it holds a charge too. Tracking my sleep was the reason it was purchased.

The screen goes dead and shows only 5 dots. Turned bluetooth on and off. It now still only shows the little kid watches. While it was working the hr monitor is wildly off.

It's just really frustrating jumping through all these hoops and still not being able to use it. It overstates the zone minutes, calories burned, and sleep duration. In doing some research the calorie burn is significantly overstated.

Frustrating to set up. Worst ui in the entire world. Hard or impossible to read while running, treadmill, etc. I am always so surprised by how wrong this fitbit is when it comes to my heartbeat.

Tried all the troubleshooting techniques with fitbit support and it still is broke. Contacting support was inconvenient at best. Hopefully the new device works otherwise i will be updating this review again.
