The exercise app triggers a workout and literally won't let me see my heart rate with the app open. No spotify, no skatbaord app, no apps except fitbit ones. Looks like all their resources are going into the pixel watch instead.
New sense 2 keeps disconnecting. Tried multiple times, rebooting phone, restarting fitbit. Twitter based support do not respond, guys on a call are just useless.
The menu is not as intuitive to navigate. This is a small annoyance, but coupled with the other ones, it's like someone came and said i want to make it harder to view the information that used to be one click/glance. Google assistant feature is useles... Read More
The battery life is nowhere near what was promised, and the overall durability of the device is questionable at best. The fact that i had to replace three fitbit devices in a span of one year is outrageous.

It replaced a fitbit versa 3 which before i damaged it was adequate for my needs however these were no longer available and the fitbit versa 4 was totally inadequate
