Its not the best smartwatch but for keeping track of sleep and other physical activities it does the job way better than my android smartwatch

Contrary to popular belief the band is not easily changeable

Apparently there is an antenna for blue tooth maybe that if you mess up the band change you can forget about that function still working

The gps works well if you dont use quick start if you do your mileage will be recorded 3035 lower than reality but the gps is built in the watch which is a bonus over apple watch which still needs to be paired with your phone to work

I am hoping that fitbit will find a way to upgrade their software soon to provide a more comprehensive sleep analysis
