Its not the best smartwatch but for keeping track of sleep and other physical activities it does the job way better than my android smartwatch

I gave it a four though because of the online site which suggested it could monitor more than it does by asking about weight goals and calories consumed so left me a bit disappointed

Im giving it a 4 star only because my battery seems to not charge well and does not last 5 days when fully charged

If you turn off the bluetooth the battery lasts for considerably longer
