Pros

The charging module is a clamp type, which is so my better that the one for the charge hr. Fitbit makes a great app to pair it up with.

It is very responsive and easy to use. My company has a pedometer challenge each spring, and their week starts on saturday. This means i have to always manually calculate steps by using the daily breakdown.

Cons

This issue is still pending. All of a sudden it bugs out, the screen goes crazy and then black. It's only after completing the set up and a little time passes that the restarts begin again and the touchscreen stops working.

If you want something reliable please steer clear. Buy an apple watch. Fitbit versa is okay if you are looking for a basic fitness tracker.

Fitbit tries to make amends by offering a coupon on another device. It support is useless. I was offered 25% off a new versa. It appears fitbit considers their devices as “throw away’.
