Pros

I love how it combines with the heart rate to calculate calorie burn. Surprisingly longer battery life than the blaze.

Easy to use, love the app & the fitbit community is so supportive. Pay feature is pretty amazing. The music streaming is for pandora plus.

Cons

The watch works for a year at best. At this point you are out of warranty and they offer you a measly 25% of on a new watch! Their troubleshooting is a joke. Hard to link to the iphone app. The sleep tracker is way to sensitive.

The screen is still black but buzzes with notifications. Stopped working after only a year. Can't get it to factory reset. Customer service won't help you unless you purchased a warranty on the watch.

The versa is not a good product. It's not waterproof and their customer service is awful! This model has serious problems and i strongly recommend that nobody purchase it. Beware, this product is not waterproof.

Beyond that i like it but would have purchased the plain versa as it is the same without the pay app.

I contacted fitbit service but after a couple of days they determined there was nothing they could do.

Delivery&processing were fast and efficient; however device was defective.
