I found the directions are very hard to understand still cant figure out how to get the steps to work cant find a contact number

I found it a little annoying that the majority of the time i tried to just glance at the time the display was showing one of the other optional screens and i would have to scroll through the screens to find the time

After a few months of use the clasp just broke while i was taking it off i followed the instructions for taking off the band

I like the look and the fact that its touch screen but it is junk

The time is always wrong it will randomly resets itself meaning your step count is never right and the app never syncs to the watch itself
