Pros

These diapers hold everything for overnight! They are sturdy and absorbent. I have a very bedridden father that can never get out of bed to even stand. These really absorb all kinds of things in large amounts and no leakage so far in a year.

Bought for a hospice patient. Overall good bang for your buck. This seller is awesome, too.

Cons

Waste of money on a severely fixed income. Since ordering them 1 month ago, i see they are almost $20. There are other companies that will allow refund so recommend using them.

Very very thin and flimsy. The back side is loose and kept slipping down. The pad is too wide and the sides don't fit tight enough to eliminate the gap in the back.

Small size more for pre-teen.

These are already sub-par diapers, but they were the cheapest i could find on amazon. Since, my daughter is slim and her waistline is 28 inches these briefs are too small. They are crunchy and awkward. These are not extended wear.

Fit not correct. Does not fit at waist. More like bikini fit rather than a regular fit. They come nowhere close to fitting.
