Many of the recipes are quite simple - but it's a 5-ingredient cookbook. The recipes use core ingredients and will have a box showing the staple ingredients needed to prepare the recipe.
In my cranky old age, this book is an absolute must. The intro section is actually useful. This book arms you with the information to improvise or totally change your mind.
