I took the transmission apart and couldnt find an issue

I was about to rebox it and send it back but i noticed that the bottom of the black plastic housing covering the fan was jammed in and not centered

I removed the cover and discovered that it had made contact with the fan and caused the motor to freeze

If i had it to do all over i would buy a hoist with a much larger lift capacity

Lets face it we buy something like this hoist because we cant or dont want to buy a hoist that is 10002000 from a us supplier

The only problem i had with it was that the control cable was too short 6 foot for my application
