Pros
Excellent padding, velcro, and excellent fit. They hold up great and stay in place while sparring. Padding seems a little soft, but it is pretty thick.
They're sturdy without feeling super cumbersome. They're difficult to get on over top of shoes, but they do work. The protection is fantastic.
I'm 6’0 230 lbs. Fit perfect, a lot of protection for my shin (nice cushion). I’ve own the fairtex sp5 previously and these fit great and feel alright. I'm a female 5,5 and got the medium they work great!

In my opinion, venom is not protecting at all and very thin.
Price
Would absolutely recommend for beginners and those on a budget.
These look exactly like the venom elite shin guards that sell for $95-$100.
These might be the best ones at any price
Be careful, spend the extra money on a name brand

These arrived very quickly, they are very comfortable.
Packaging/appearance
I originally gave this item 4 stars for the packaging, but i changed it to 5 stars because it's great for the price.
They came in a plastic see through bag.
First time came through packaged so tightly they were smashed and deformed.
The packaging is messed up where the insteps are bent, but after using them a few times they straightened out.
Competitiveness
I have used venom and phoenix before as well, and these are so much better.
This would make for a perfect first time purchase before you go on and try the other higher quality and more expensive brands.
My gloves are the 'famous' brand and these match at first glance.
