They have solid straps and i was kicking the hell out of the pads with no slip or movement.
I spar and this has good padding to where checking kicks doesn’t hurt but you can still feel the pressure of kicks.

Would absolutely recommend for beginners and those on a budget.

The ankle/top of foot part was very wrinkled and a bit uncomfortable, because the way it was package and taped.
