Firm, functional and sturdy. It’s sturdy and comfy.

Cons

The back is very unsterdy and uncomfortable. Mostly only used this with the back reclined, still not really that comfortable. Not very comfortable and is more of a bench.

They want to give me 30 dollars for a 250 dollar peice of junk, all because they said it was a hassel for both of us. When you return the product they will charge you 25% restocking fee. Couch is cheap pu leather and extremely fragile.

Couch was already damaged. Kept falling out. You have to add risers to make it usable.

Not for adults. Able to fit only 2 people normal size. More like a child's couch. Adult weight and it collapses into a bed.

I didn’t really notice at first until settling my bag next to it,but for $135 it’s a perfect!

I bought this futon as a budget friendly seating for my 6yr olds bedroom.

But for what you pay it's good.

It’s not the most comfortable as an adult but the value for the price point is great.

Shipping

Delivery was great and the product is excellent!

Great shipping couldn’t ask for more wife is extremely happy.

I will update this comment if they ever shipped me the missing parts.

Packaging/appearance

Looks great in our tiny living room.

Came without the center cup holder and the two rest pillows.

Also- look in the bottom of the couch (in the zippered part).
