Pros

Says it is still comfortable after six months. Comfortable back and cushion. Sturdy on carpets even with the wheels. Good support and decent cushion comfort.

Cons

It constantly squeeks and the lumbar support is poorly designed. The seat cushion and back of the chair feel just as hard as the plastic arms.

It’s a hunk of junk. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and buy something else.

Bolts are too short making it difficult to assemble. Not the best. Came with zero instructions.
