Pros

The chair did a good job of lifting me up, i am 6ft 250lbs. The recliner is far enough back with the lift working to assist her with getting out of the chair. She is 6' tall and it fits her fine.

It's a great chair if you have a small budget but don't trust used items. Overall my initial impression after assembly was completed is that this chair is an excellent buy. Very happy with the chair and customer support.

Reclining and retracting functions good,smooth and quiet. I enjoy the massage before bed it relaxes me.

Cons

While this is a nice chair when it works, it’s a nightmare when there is a problem. In the morning the chair massage squeaks for five minutes or so before it finally stops. The 1 to 2 weeks pasted.

Easy too use, sturdy, reclines well, handles my weight, doesn't take up a lot of space but i am am 6'1 330 and am very comfortable in it.

The heat and vibration feel great and covers most of the chair.

Now i have to load this 100 pound half of a chair up and deliver to ups.

The shipping time was good, i hope it won't take too long for the other piece to arrive so my 87 year old mother can enjoy.

The seller was very responsive to my criticisms and quite unhappy with the shipper.
