Pros

This chair spins without a squeak or creak or resistance. And the vibration massage is wonderful! Everyone knows you have the massager going from the deep rumble the vibration gives off.

The fit is snug and secure. Even sleeps comfy.

It pulls fairly easy and the legs come out gently, which is an upgrade from my old nursery chair. Easy to assemble.

Cons

The footrest is impossible to close when getting out of the chair. The chair is lopsided, the stitching is crooked & pinched in areas. It appears the cushion filling is defective.

Was happy to make this purchase but do not be fooled. Shame on amazon for selling this bad unsafe product. Not a good amazon look either. I really hope the seller and/or amazon makes this right.
