Pros

A wonderful start to my downstairs living room remake. The heated option works very well, better than most heated seats in vehicles. The massage component isn't comparable to that of a nail salon or spa but it's a nice touch.

The color of this chair is bluer than i had wanted but it’s still tolerable. It's perfectly comfortable for the two plus hours of tv viewing a night, while relaxing my muscles to vibration. This chair is sturdy and comfortable.

Cons

The product is crooked and uncomfortable when you recline. It appears the cushion filling is defective. Arms are not full cushioned and top of arm slides off.

This experience is very inconsistent with my years as an active prime amazon member. There is no real option for returning because the cost to send it back and the 50% or more restocking fee is ridiculous. Proceed to order and maybe return.

The rocker recliner is creaky. Nothing more than a loud buzzing noise. The description of this chair is deceiving it is not a rocker, it is a glider.

It was supposed to be delivered on a monday and it didn't get it delivered until wednesday and then it only came with one part.

It was ordered the around the second week of may here it is 2 weeks later and still don't have the controller!

The first box had the base with the boxed electronics ziptied on its inside.

It took about 10 minutes total to unbox, put together, and relocate to its official spot.

The second box had the 2 arms and back.
