It’s the most bang for your buck and super convenient. Being able to try different ones until you find the right size is definitely a game changer.
Cons
These things are tiny! That’s so unsanitary! First, incomplete. They seem to be made of rubber or silicone and are quite bendy.

These flange inserts are great quality and all fit with my mom cozy pump.
I have always started off as an over-supplier and then fallen into a just enougher at about 5 months postpartum.
I dreaded every pump session and i would cringe every time i would turn the pump on.
