Have put them in the heat sterilizer many times and no shrinkage. It’s awesome that they are so universal! Come in a variety of sizes. Clear silicon and super soft.
Liked the variety of sizes used the 17 mm for my spectra pump, and handheld madella pump. Works on for my momcozy s12. They fit both my mom cozy pump and my lansinoh pump.
They are so affordable for something that can help this much. They come in handy as our bodies change. These flanges are also reusable and so far has not broken down on us.
I nursed and pumped with my first born until she was 1 year old. These inserts make everything about pumping so much more comfortable. No more pinching no more uncomfortable friction that feels like your going to blister.

I constantly heard that it wasn’t supposed to hurt or be uncomfortable from lactation consultants and influencers but i thought i must be super sensitive or something because there was never a time that i was comfortable when pumping
