Very easy to use and has a good flavor with the benefits of low carb high protein pancakes you can eat without feeling or being guilty.
I’ve made these twice, each time in accordance with the “+egg” instructions for a higher protein count.

Half a cup makes 2 pancakes i made them with butter flavored coconut oil and egg beaters to bring the protine to 25g.

They are definitely not as smooth in you mouth as a regular pancake but a little maple syrup and you wont even care

The original directions make the batter watery therfore the pancake doesnt cook
