Pros

The chair is very comfortable and supportive. The wheels glide well on carpet and hardwood. Only negative for now are the armrests.

Nice, solid chair. Better than my chair that i bought from staples that's twice the price. Good for someone within a budget.

Easy to assemble. No extra tools needed, brings it’s allen wrench. The instructions are easy to follow.

Cons

The piston is defective on all of them. You only find the issue after constructing the full chair and then trying to use the lever to raise the chair.

This chair has very little padding and/or comfort whatsoever. It sinks about 2-3 inches when you sit down. Cushion is worthless and castors didin't work from the 1st day.

If budget is tight and you need a chair this is perfect but if you want better quality buy something nicer.
