What i can complain about was it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th and didnt arrived until days later on the 18th or 19th which sucked and i couldnt track on amazon i had to track strictly on usps site

Bought 4 package for out door yard events comfortable they look great shipping boxes were totally messed up so expected the chairs would be damaged but was happy to find very little damage one minor crack that most likely no one will notice
